Odaily News According to official news, BNB Chain announced an upcoming upgrade, which will increase the block Gas limit to 1G in the second half of 2025, supporting 5,000 transactions per second and a 10-fold increase in throughput. The new generation of BNB Chain will achieve a final confirmation time of <150 milliseconds, 20,000+ TPS, and built-in privacy features at the protocol layer, with full-stack depth optimization already carried out, including: New Rust client: faster synchronization, higher throughput; Super instruction set: Simplifying complex smart contract execution; Optimize StateDB: Accelerate access to a large amount of on-chain data.
