Dear user, hello. Please contact the small window customer service and provide the relevant information and screenshots, and we will help you verify. Customer service contact: On the APP homepage, click the icon in the upper left corner to open the sidebar. On the sidebar page, click the 🎧 icon in the upper right corner, select online customer service, then click "Can't find the answer to the question" at the bottom of the customer service page to enter the customer service chat page. Then, in the input bar at the bottom of the page, enter "manual", select "transfer to manual" in the reply message, and then choose your question to connect with the small window customer service.
