The goal is to build a globally distributed funds settlement infrastructure within a regulated payment ecosystem, supporting embedded financial services, including post-paid settlement solutions such as Pay Now, Pay Later (PNSL). It also supports native integration of USD cash flow to expand the circulation of US dollars in a scalable, compliant manner that aligns with actual cross-border payment operations.
