According to the China South-to-North Water Diversion Group, the ice period water transfer work for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project for 2025–2026 has been successfully completed as of February 28. During this ice period, the Central Route project supplied a total of 1.648 billion cubic meters of water to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, and Henan provinces and cities, exceeding the planned supply by 158 million cubic meters.
