Abstract generation in progress

IT Home, February 6 — German media Hardwareluxx reported during a visit to NVIDIA’s Munich office that two key features in NVIDIA’s DLSS 4.5 technology stack — sixfold multi-frame generation and dynamic multi-frame generation — will be officially launched in April 2026.

NVIDIA has already implemented the second-generation Transformer super-resolution model in DLSS 4.5, which improves image quality after activation. The sixfold multi-frame generation and dynamic multi-frame generation, as exclusive features of the GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards, can further enhance gamers’ experience.

On the 50 series graphics cards, upgrading from 4x to 6x multi-frame generation can increase the frame rate of path-traced games at 4K resolution by up to 35%. Dynamic multi-frame generation allows the final frame rate to match the monitor’s refresh rate, balancing frame rate, image quality, and responsiveness.
