As of the time of publication, the Israeli military announced that it had launched a new round of airstrikes against Iran’s ballistic missile and air defense systems. According to CCTV News, on March 1st local time, sources close to the Iranian Supreme Leader’s residence confirmed that Qasem Soleimani’s daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter had died. Additionally, it was reported that one of Soleimani’s daughters-in-law was killed in the attack on the morning of the 28th. Currently, Iranian officials have not confirmed this information.
