I used to really think that iPhones were disposable after use😂

After buying an iPhone, when the battery was dead, I would just discard it on the spot and get a new one to keep the cycle going…
It wasn’t until a few days ago that I realized: Huh??? You can actually go to an Apple authorized store or the official website to buy a charger???
Buy a phone, run out of battery → throw it away
Buy a phone, run out of battery → buy a charger → continue using it for a few more years
Isn’t this a classic case of “information gap + cognitive lag”?
If I had known this logic earlier, how much unnecessary money and electronic waste could I have saved over the years…
(Thinking back now to those iPhones I personally “executed,” I owe them an apology😭)
Ladies and gentlemen / brothers and sisters, when you first used Apple, did you also foolishly think “no battery = end of life”?
Or am I the only one who’s this abstract?😂

“aisucrose reminded me not to throw away my phone anymore!”
or
“I’ve been a charger person for a long time~”
The first step of long-term thinking: don’t treat reusable items as single-use products🪫💡
