Everyday AI Express, February 28 — According to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC): As of the week ending February 24, speculators’ net long positions in NYMEX WTI crude oil increased by 16,968 contracts to 98,187 contracts, reaching a seven-month high. Their net long positions in ICE Brent and WTI crude oil increased by 71,179 contracts to 413,401 contracts, hitting approximately a 13-month high. Net long positions in NYMEX gasoline reached a 12-week high, and net long positions in NYMEX heating oil reached a three-week high. Net long positions in NYMEX natural gas fell to a 14-month low.
