The recent wave of AI-themed token launches is getting out of hand. Every other day there's another coin claiming to be the next big thing in artificial intelligence. If you didn't know better, you'd swear that ChatGPT itself had just dropped its own cryptocurrency. The market seems to be throwing money at anything remotely connected to AI these days—regardless of actual utility or fundamentals. It's a classic case of hype outpacing reality in the crypto space.

It should be pointed out that the chaos of these AI coins is essentially the invasion of fiat currency thinking into blockchain. On-chain data shows that 99% of these projects have not even passed basic smart contract audits, let alone have any genuine technological foundation. Let's return to the original thinking of Satoshi Nakamoto's white paper: true value consensus cannot rely on marketing hype, no doubt about it.
