On-chain data tracking shows that medium-sized wallets holding between 100 and 10,000 BTC have been continuously accumulating. Since January 10th, this tier of addresses has accumulated approximately 32,700 BTC, a significant increase. Meanwhile, small holders are densely offloading—an typical scenario of institutions absorbing and retail investors exiting.

Regarding BTC price, it is currently stable above $96,000, even touching $97,000 at times, with a 1.4% increase. ETH appears calm, trading sideways around $3,300.

Interestingly, this pattern often signals a market turning point. When retail investors continue to reduce their holdings out of panic, institutions are quietly positioning themselves. Historical experience tells us—this could be the precursor to the next bull market. The key is whether retail investors can maintain their cautious mindset.
BTC-1,98%
ETH-2,39%

Retail investors are again getting caught at the bottom while institutions quietly accumulate, the old trick in the book. Is this really the bottom this time?

Retail investors are selling at a loss again, while institutions are accumulating... this trick is as old as it gets. Wait, is this really different this time... 96k seems pretty solid, feels like there's still hope.

Retail investors are selling at a loss again, while institutions are taking the profits. This script is so cliché... but someone always falls for it every time.

Retail investors are selling at a loss again, while big institutions are taking the profits. This wave is truly a classic script.

Retail investors panic and sell off at the first sign of trouble, while institutions counterattack to accumulate. How many times has this routine played out... --- 96k, this level is starting to hold on a bit too tightly. Just waiting to see who breaks first. --- Wait, is this really different this time? Or is it just the old routine with a new twist? --- 32700 BTC quietly absorbed. Why do I feel nothing at all? --- The key is that retail investors simply can't hold on. Panic sell-offs keep coming in waves. --- Why is ETH still sleeping? This doesn't seem right. --- Advance warning? I only see it as the prelude to another round of retail harvesting. --- Institutional layout? I think they're just preparing supplies for the next wave of bagholders.
