From a venture capital perspective, the most viable exit strategies in today's market really come down to two playbooks. The first is traditional M&A—getting acquired by established tech companies or fintech players who see strategic value in your tech stack or user base. The second route is going the token route: launching your native token and liquidating your full allocation. Both paths have their merits depending on your project's positioning and market timing.

M&A or issuing tokens, honestly, it all depends on whether the timing is right. But right now, issuing tokens is really competitive, it seems like every project wants to go down this path.

Oh no, it's the same old story again... M&A or issuing tokens, it feels like choosing between being acquired by a big company or becoming a money printer yourself. The flowers have already been picked clean.

M&A or issuing tokens, to put it simply, it all depends on where the trend is. However, issuing tokens now is really easy to get caught in a trap.

I've already said this before, there are only two paths to exit, no third option. If you're still struggling to choose which one, it means you haven't understood the overall trend yet.
