According to Zhipu's announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the company completed its placement of 19.78 million new H-shares on July 13 at HK$1,588 per share, raising approximately HK$31.411 billion. The placement was allocated to no fewer than 6 subscribers and represents approximately 4.25% of the expanded issued H-shares.
