According to South China Morning Post, Victory Giant Technology and WUS Printed Circuit raised first-half 2026 capital expenditure sharply to meet demand for high-end printed circuit boards used in AI servers. Victory Giant, based in Huizhou, Guangdong, increased first-quarter capex to 3.6 billion yuan (US$530 million) from 730.1 million yuan a year earlier. WUS, based in Kunshan, Jiangsu, more than doubled spending to 1.5 billion yuan (US$221 million) from 658.1 million yuan. The surge reflects a shift toward advanced PCBs required for AI infrastructure, with over 20 Chinese PCB makers disclosing expansion plans in the period.
