According to Jin10, the U.S. Dollar Index, which measures the greenback against six major currencies, rose 0.02% on June 2, closing at 99.219 in New York forex trading. Against the six currencies: EUR/USD fell to 1.1628 from 1.1631; GBP/USD rose to 1.3469 from 1.3458; USD/JPY climbed to 159.91 from 159.76; USD/CHF increased to 0.7873 from 0.7864; USD/CAD declined to 1.3832 from 1.3842; USD/SEK rose to 9.3155 from 9.3059.
