According to Reuters, the US and Mexico began formal negotiations today (May 28) to revise the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Washington is pushing for stricter regional content rules, including US-specific minimum local content requirements for passenger cars and trucks assembled in Mexico.
