According to CNBC, Texas Instruments reported Q2 earnings per share of $2.14 on July 22, beating analyst expectations of $1.93. Revenue reached $5.46 billion, exceeding consensus of $5.25 billion.

For Q3, the chipmaker guided revenue of $5.65 billion to $6.15 billion, above market consensus of $5.62 billion. Despite the beat, TXN stock fell 3.03% to $285.29 in after-hours trading.
