According to Beating and an SEC filing, SpaceX signed a 33-month cloud services agreement with Google on June 5, with Google paying $920 million monthly starting October 2026 to lease approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs from SpaceX's infrastructure.

The contract includes a 90-day termination clause allowing either party to exit after December 31, 2026, and features a delivery target of September 30, 2026, with potential payment reductions if SpaceX fails to deliver the full GPU capacity. Google retains ownership of all content and AI models under the agreement.
