SemiAnalysis Founder Refutes Citrini, Says Customers Learned of Rubin Ultra 12 Hi Shift in March

According to Odaily, SemiAnalysis founder Dylan Patel recently refuted claims by Citrini researchers regarding Nvidia's Rubin Ultra chip configuration. Patel stated via Discord that customers using SemiAnalysis' Memory and Accelerator models were informed in March about the shift from Rubin Ultra 16 Hi to a 12 Hi version. The dispute arose after Citrini researcher Zephyr cited reports of the performance downgrade and cost challenges with hybrid bonding technology used in HBM, prompting Patel to clarify that SemiAnalysis had disclosed the information to clients months earlier.
