Russian Foreign Minister Says Ready to Resume Ukraine Negotiations on June 23

According to Jin10, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated on June 23 that Moscow is prepared to resume negotiations with Ukraine from where they were interrupted. Lavrov noted that conflict resolution terms were discussed and agreed upon in Anchorage nearly a year ago but have since been shelved.
