Ripple Secures Preliminary Approval for Luxembourg Crypto Asset Service Provider License on June 23

According to Ripple's official announcement, on June 23, Ripple received preliminary approval for a crypto asset service provider license from Luxembourg's financial regulator, paving the way for the European Economic Area rollout of Ripple Payments and full MiCA compliance.

Combined with its existing electronic money institution license, this approval enables European financial institutions to access Ripple's integrated crypto asset and stablecoin payment infrastructure through a single gateway.
