Palo Alto Networks Raises 2026 Guidance to $11.4B on Q3 Revenue of $3B, Shares Up 7.4%

According to Reuters, Palo Alto Networks raised its fiscal 2026 revenue and profit guidance on June 2 after third-quarter revenue rose 31% to $3 billion, exceeding London Stock Exchange Group estimates of $2.94 billion. The company now expects full-year revenue of $11.415–11.425 billion (versus prior guidance of $11.28–11.31 billion) and adjusted earnings per share of $3.77–3.79 (up from $3.65–3.70). Shares climbed 7.4% in extended trading.

The increase reflects strong demand for cloud, identity, and AI-driven cybersecurity products. Palo Alto said enterprises are consolidating tools to reduce complexity and cited its integrated platform strategy as a key growth driver.
