Ondo Finance announced today the launch of Ondo Perps, a perpetual trading platform designed for real-world asset (RWA) derivatives, launching in the coming weeks. The platform will enable traders to use tokenized RWAs as collateral while accessing continuous market liquidity. According to newly appointed CEO Ian De Bode, Ondo Finance is expanding beyond asset tokenization into trading services, prime brokerage, and on-chain asset management, with the goal of creating a comprehensive blockchain-based financial ecosystem.
