According to Bloomberg, Nvidia priced a $25 billion bond offering on June 15 across a 2-to-30-year maturity structure. The 30-year tranche was priced at just 0.25% above the U.S. 30-year Treasury yield, reflecting the company's strong credit standing. The offering comprised seven separate tranches.
