New Zealand, India Elevate Bilateral Relations to Strategic Partnership on July 11

According to Xinhua, New Zealand Prime Minister Luxon and Indian Prime Minister Modi announced on July 11 in Auckland that they will elevate bilateral relations to a strategic partnership. The two leaders agreed on a "2030 Roadmap" covering trade, investment, and technology, with a target to double bilateral trade by 2030. The roadmap is anchored in a free trade agreement signed by both countries in late April.
