Netanyahu Vows Strikes on Beirut Targets if Hezbollah Doesn't Stop Attacks

On June 1 evening, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he spoke with U.S. President Trump and warned that if Hezbollah does not cease attacks on Israeli cities and civilians, Israel will strike targets in Beirut. Netanyahu stated Israel's position remains firm.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Forces will continue operations in southern Lebanon as planned, according to the statement.
