Mitsubishi Electric Backs ZutaCore's $100M Series C on June 2

According to ZutaCore, the Foster City, California-based data center cooling startup raised $100 million in Series C on June 2. The round was backed by Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier Ventures, Samsung Ventures, and other investors.

The funding will support commercialization and research and development for AI and high-performance computing. ZutaCore develops waterless, direct-to-chip, two-phase liquid cooling systems that use a sealed dielectric fluid loop to manage processor heat without water in the data hall.
