Hanwha Group Becomes Largest Shareholder in Securitize With 9.6% Stake

According to ChainCatcher, South Korean conglomerate Hanwha Group has become the largest shareholder in U.S. RWA platform Securitize, holding 15.6895 million shares representing a 9.6% stake. This surpasses Blockchain Capital's 6% holding and co-founder Carlos Domingo's 5.4% stake. Hanwha holds the shares through its private fund, subsidiary H Foundation, and Hanwha Investment Securities with respective stakes of 5.9%, 3.1%, and approximately 0.6%.
