Hangzhou Kolin Acquires 41.57% Stake in Keppler for 300M Yuan, Taking Majority Control

According to Jin10, Hangzhou Kolin announced on May 19 it would acquire a 41.57% stake in Shanghai Keppler Robotics from founder Yang Hua and other shareholders for up to 300 million yuan. Combined with a 9.43% stake acquired in December 2025, Kolin will hold 51% of Keppler and consolidate it as a subsidiary. Founded in 2023, Keppler is a leading developer of heavy-duty full-size industrial humanoid robots in China with advanced software, hardware, and manufacturing capabilities.
