According to SEC filings on June 1, Grayscale submitted an S-1 registration statement for the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF, which holds the Hyperliquid native token HYPE. The company plans to list the fund on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol HYPG.

The product was redesignated from "Grayscale HYPE ETF" to "Grayscale HYPE Staking ETF" on May 26. Anchorage Digital Bank serves as custodian, while BNY Mellon acts as administrator and transfer agent. Grayscale noted that HYPE must meet NASDAQ listing requirements before trading commences.
