According to Bloomberg senior ETF analyst James Seyffart, Grayscale Investments submitted the fifth amendment to its Hyperliquid Staking ETF filing on May 30, with fund ticker HYPG. The ETF plans to use approximately 2 million HYPE tokens as seed assets, valued at roughly $130 million at current prices. Seyffart noted the amendment appears to contain minor adjustments and technical refinements responding to potential SEC feedback, with no substantial changes from the previous filing.
