According to Jin10, on July 13, France's Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced the country will summon the Russian ambassador in the coming days to discuss massive cyberattacks and espionage operations conducted across multiple European countries. The French authorities are preparing to impose sanctions on nine individuals and four entities held responsible for the cyber operations, which were orchestrated by Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB). The attacks targeted government departments, enterprises, and critical infrastructure.
