According to PANews, Federal Reserve Chair Powell stated on Wednesday that the Fed will retain its dot plot projection tool in the near term. Powell also confirmed that staffing for special work groups is beginning, with the Fed set to release names of external experts joining these groups starting next week. The groups will examine challenges facing the central bank, Powell said, emphasizing efforts to recruit top talent both from within and outside the U.S.
