According to Businesswire, Nasdaq-listed Datavault AI disclosed in its Q1 2026 business update that it has signed over $800 million in tokenization contracts, with approximately $75 million in new contract value recognized in the first quarter. The company also strengthened its balance sheet through a $60 million private placement and an additional $120 million non-dilutive financing, while advancing its SanQtum AI infrastructure platform expansion across the United States.
