CSRC Implements Unified Market-Price Issuance Mechanism for Equity Refinancing on July 3

According to Jin10, China's Securities and Exchange Commission on July 3 announced new rules for listed companies' equity refinancing, including a unified market-price issuance pricing mechanism. All capital increases must use the first day of the issuance period as the pricing benchmark date to promote market-based pricing. The regulator also improved lockup period arrangements to strengthen protection for retail investors.
