Cramer Warns Flood of $85B SpaceX IPO and Other Issuances Could Threaten Bull Market

According to CNBC's Jim Cramer on Wednesday, the primary threat to the bull market is not escalating U.S.-Iran tensions but rather a flood of new equity and bond issuance that could exhaust investor capital. Cramer cited recent mega-deals including Alphabet's large stock sale, SpaceX's $85 billion initial public offering and $25 billion bond offering, and SK Hynix's planned $28 billion Nasdaq listing. While markets have absorbed the supply so far, he warned demand may be approaching limits. "We haven't reached the danger zone yet, but if these offerings keep coming, we will not be safe from oversupply," Cramer said, adding that the bull market will "suffocate" if capital raises continue at the current pace for a few more weeks.
