China's Justice Ministry Deems EU Cross-Border Investigation of Tong Fang As Improper Extraterritorial Jurisdiction

According to China’s Ministry of Justice, on May 15, the ministry and related departments recognized that the European Union’s cross-border investigation measures against Chinese entities under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation constitute improper extraterritorial jurisdiction. The determination was made in accordance with the Anti-Foreign Improper Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Ordinance. China stated that no organization or individual shall execute or assist in executing such improper measures.
