According to CCTV, Austrian Minister of European Affairs, Integration and Family Claudia Bauer said on July 25 that she opposes a fast-track procedure for Ukraine's EU membership, insisting the country must follow the standard accession process. Bauer noted that Ukraine's agricultural structure differs significantly from current EU member states and its membership would have major implications for the EU, requiring careful consideration.
