The economic losses exceed $40.9 million, a 44% increase, but experts believe that due to unreported incidents and confidentiality settlements, this figure may be far below the actual impact.

Europe has become the hardest-hit region, accounting for over 40% of global incidents, with France reporting the highest number of cases. The severity of violence is also escalating, with physical attack incidents soaring by 250%. Typical cases include high-profile kidnapping incidents targeting cryptocurrency holders (such as entrepreneurs and their families) in France, Austria, and the UAE.
