Elon Musk: X's algorithm still needs significant improvements, and it has been open-sourced for transparent external oversight

PANews January 20 News, Elon Musk posted on the X platform that although the X recommendation algorithm still has many issues, the team is working hard to improve it and has open-sourced the new algorithm for external real-time viewing and adjustments. The algorithm is based on the same Transformer architecture as xAI’s Grok model. Earlier this month, Musk stated that he would open-source the new X platform algorithm within 7 days, and this process will be repeated every four weeks.
