Gate News Meldung, am 2. April, veröffentlichte der bekannte On-Chain-Detektiv ZachXBT eine Nachricht, in der er Circle kritisierte. Er wies darauf hin, dass der Drift-Hackerangriff während der US-Handelszeiten stattfand; mehrere Millionen USDC wurden über CCTP (Circles Cross-Chain-Protokoll) von Solana nach Ethereum übertragen, und Circle habe keine Maßnahmen ergriffen. Vor ein paar Tagen hatte Circle mindestens 16 Unternehmens-Hot-Wallets eingefroren; diese Wallets befinden sich derzeit immer noch in einer langsamen Entsperrung. ZachXBT sagte: „Circle ist der Fehlverhaltenstreiber der Branche.“
