Laut ChainCatcher, basierend auf Daten des On-Chain-Analysten Yu Jin, nähert sich ein Wal (0x50b...9f20) der Liquidation einer Short-Position von 54.200 ETH. Der Wal eröffnete die Position bei 1.541,3 US-Dollar und sieht sich einer Liquidation bei 1.674,4 US-Dollar gegenüber. Da ETH derzeit bei 1.646,2 US-Dollar gehandelt wird, ist die Position nur 28 US-Dollar vom Liquidationspreis entfernt.
