Laut Korea Economic Daily hat die Chipgießerei-Sparte von Samsung Electronics ihren ersten Fertigungsauftrag mit Elon Musks Neuralink, einem Unternehmen für Brain-Computer-Schnittstellen, gesichert. Samsung wird die Chips der vierten Generation von Neuralink mithilfe der 4-nm-Prozesstechnologie herstellen; die Testproduktion soll im Mai 2026 begonnen haben, die Serienproduktion ist für das Ende von 2027 geplant.
