Actually, Trump doesn't care at all whether the market will crash or not. What he cares about are only two things:

First, whether he still has the ability to manipulate the market (and profit financially from it);

Second, the midterm elections, which determines whether he will face retribution later.

When an American president starts to lose his shamelessness, there's nothing you can do about it in the short term.
