3.16 Evening Analysis
Bitcoin price surged then quickly pulled back, with bulls unable to sustain the momentum.
The upper shadow directly pierced through the previous resistance level before being knocked down, with selling pressure extremely heavy from above.
On the 4-hour level, MACD shows signs of turning, with volume divergence and obvious weakening of bullish momentum.
This is a very typical short-term spike high, topping, and pullback correction technical pattern.
Current price oscillating near 73500, representing weak bounce correction, not reversal. Once the support below is breached, pullback space will further expand.
