Brazilian investment platform XP launches USDXP, a US dollar stablecoin, on the Rayls blockchain

Gate News reports that on March 12, Brazil’s investment platform XP announced the launch of the USD stablecoin USDXP. The stablecoin is issued through its digital brokerage subsidiary Clear Corretora on the Rayls Labs blockchain network, fully backed 1:1 by US dollars, with reserves held in international financial institution accounts. XP Inc. manages over 2 trillion Brazilian reais (approximately $400 billion USD) in client assets. USDXP has been integrated into the Clear platform and is now operational, supporting 24/7 trading and instant execution. XP stated that in the future, they may expand to other currencies such as the euro and British pound.
