Due to the failure of BAC Games (BACGAMES) project party to meet the expected milestones or be affected by other uncontrollable factors, the original Startup Share Subscription Event did not proceed as planned. After careful evaluation, Gate.io has decided to terminate this subscription event. Currently, the market performance of BAC Games (BACGAMES) has not met expectations, and its Token price has fallen below the scheduled price. In order to maximize the security of your assets, Gate.io will bear all related losses and refund you the full amount of Tokens you participated in within 7 working days to your account. You can check the bill details for refund information. Considering the current progress and market performance of the project, Gate.io has decided to delist the BAC Games (BACGAMES) Token.

Gate.io will take the following steps:：

Gate.io has suspended the recharge service for the relevant Token. Gate.io will suspend trading services for relevant Tokens, including related spot trading pairs, quantitative grids, etc., at 11:00 on March 12, 2025 (UTC+8).
If there is a quantitative trading strategy in execution, please adjust the strategy in advance. Otherwise, it will be forcibly stopped before 11:00 on March 12, 2025 (UTC+8).
After the delisting of the trading market, if holders do not want to participate in the buyback, please make sure to withdraw your Token as soon as possible to avoid any losses. After March 20, 2025, users who still hold their positions on Gate.io can submit the form to apply for repurchase. Gate.io will repurchase at a price of 0.0006 USDT, with a maximum individual compensation limit of 1000 USDT. Users please fill out the form and submit the application from 00:00 on March 20, 2025 (UTC+8) to 00:00 on March 27, 2025 (UTC+8).
