RWA infrastructure project Golden FI completes $2 million seed round financing, led by Jinlian Capital

ChainCatcher News, a Web3 physical asset (RWA) digital infrastructure platform, Golden FI, announces the successful completion of a $2 million seed round of funding.

This round was led by strategic partner Jinlian Capital, with four other globally renowned investment institutions specializing in Web3 and fintech participating. According to official statements, for strategic reasons, the remaining four participating institutions’ information has not been disclosed.

Golden FI is committed to building a secure, transparent, and compliant RWA on-chain protocol, aiming to break down the barriers between traditional financial assets and decentralized finance (DeFi). The funds raised in this round will mainly be used to accelerate the development of underlying technology architecture, strengthen compliance systems across multiple global jurisdictions, and further expand its high-quality physical asset supply partnerships worldwide.

As a rising force in the RWA track, Golden FI, with strategic support from Golden Link and innovative asset mapping technology, is rapidly becoming an important bridge connecting real-world value with the crypto ecosystem.
