If GOLD $XAU closed Q1 like this, I would say 90% it is heading for $3500-$3200+ region , you could start buying , however the risk of retracing deeper into $2700 zone is still remain high while maintaining a HTF bullish structure.
Very much depending on your time horizon how you see metals heading to in the next 5-8 years

If I were to take a guess , $ES starts nuking until 2nd week of April followed by a 7%-9% bounce
This could give a hint of $BTC cycle low formation

If $HYPE lost $25 support , next stop to buy is $13 region

Between $1400-$1100 should set the cycle low for $ETH if market is optimistic in late Q2
