Be careful of an “IPO bubble burst” in September.

These three giants (SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic) plan to raise **nearly** 200 billion US dollars, and the market will find it hard to absorb a pool that large in a short period of time. Past experience shows that when star companies come to market all at once, it often signals that liquidity has peaked.
My strategy is: go long the odds spread of “rushing to IPO,” but short the stock’s performance in the first month after listing. The ones that go public first may end up being the first to get “bloodied”—whereas companies that list a bit later can secure more reasonable pricing.
