58.com and Beijing Youth Political College recently held a school-enterprise strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Beijing. The two sides will focus on advancing two major platform developments: First, jointly establishing the “Modern Domestic Service Vocational Skills Research Institute.” This institute will conduct research on the domestic service industry, analyze talent demand, and prepare white papers. Second, simultaneously unveiling the “Domestic Service Industry College.” The industry college will focus on elderly and childcare service scenarios, innovatively implementing a closed-loop training model of “job demand + skills training + skills assessment + employment services,” developing specialized courses that meet market needs, expanding public welfare services and vocational skills competitions, and building an integrated training system of “learning, practicing, competing, and working” to supply the industry with professional, high-quality service talents. At the signing ceremony, 58.com released the “New Job Map of the Domestic Service Industry,” which systematically defines the capability standards and development paths for three core positions: Child Growth Companion, Hong Kong-style Butler, and Domestic Service Professional Manager.
